Summer, Registration, and Upcoming Events
Dear Families,
We are about halfway through summer, and I hope your summer is going well. It is my hope that you and your family are finding time to relax together, laugh together, and play together. All of these are important and necessary ways to rejuvenate this time of year. We look forward both to enjoying the last weeks of summer AND to seeing you on August 18 (at 9:00 AM)!
As we approach the halfway point of summer and our new school year, we want to remind you (below) of several important upcoming events and items to complete.
Enjoy the rest of summer!

Forms for Registration Week
Please fill out these forms in advance of registration week and bring them on your assigned day. The forms needed for registration were sent home at the end of the year, are available in the main office this summer, and are linked below. Please return these forms during your Student Registration Day. There is also an option to fill them out electronically and print them to bring to registration. Please have all forms filled out prior to arriving at registration.
- Request for Emergency and Health Information*
- Student Medical Information 2025-2026
- Media Consent Form and Release

You will also receive important information such as arrival and dismissal procedures and dress code policies and our Family Handbook. After turning in all required forms, students will be given their anticipated homeroom and teacher assignment. Homeroom and teacher assignments are subject to changes based on enrollment and other factors. We try to minimize this.
Medical Compliance
All Kindergarten and sixth grade students must have an updated physical exam by October 1. Additionally, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, second graders, and sixth graders must have an updated dental exam by October 1. The forms are available at your child's healthcare provider and can be turned in at registration, to the main office, or to your child's homeroom teacher.
